Auditing Committee

The tasks of the Bank’s Auditing Committee are taken care of by the Board of Directors as a
whole. The independent and specially qualified member is Bjørn Albinus. On the grounds of the size and complexity of the Bank and his qualifications and business experience, the Bank's Board of Directors has determined that Bjørn Albinus possesses the necessary qualifications, cf. the Executive Order of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority on Auditing Financial Undertakings etc. as well as Financial Groups.

Bjørn Albinus does not have, and has never had, any form of employment in vestjyskBANK or represented the interests of others in the company. Neither Bjørn Albinus himself nor persons related to him could be considered as not being independent of vestjyskBANK.
